Legal opinion_property

Hi,

I have bought a property in Bangalore during December 2012. I bought a 2 piece land from 2 brothers named (X & Y) about 750 sft each.

After which later 6 months now I have started my construction and my house is completed the wall portions is due for moulding.

Last week there were around 10 group of people who tresspassed my property and stopped the work forcebly. They claimed that they are the owners of the property and they have an temporary injuction order 2002.

Now (X & Y) have bought the property from ( A (Father), B, C, D (Sons)) registered 2004 and during their period there was an person claimed to be the wife of E (another late son of A) and claimed that she has not been given the property share - Now the temporary injuction order which I am talking here is from the wife of E to all the A, B, C, D, in the year 2002. The X & Y during the period of 2010 settled an amount to the wife of E with an confirmation deed to the registered agreement between X&Y and A, B , C, D.

Now last week there was a person who claimed to be the son of late E, claimed that he was major at age during the trancsaction and my mother has ran away with the money. He is claiming the same with the same old injuction order issues 2002.

There are 43 plots in that layout and out of which 15 plots have settled with wife of E. All are in position with the plots with small temporary sheds rented out and I am the first person construction a full fledge house in the layout. I am sure I will have challenges but at the same time I trust our legal system.

I have logged a police complaint last Sunday and no one from the opponents have turned up, which the discussion all the (Late A), B, C, D and son of E over powered me and stopped the work. Now they all have not tuned up and I have restarted my construction work in the site.

Now please help me in giving some tips to fight the un reasonable people who give trouble to all the new house construction people. In bangalore its become challenge constructing the houses due this people.

1. What is temporary Injuction Order.

2. What is validity of the same.

3. What is that I can do to safe guard my self, Family and property.

4. What is process for me to apply or obtain an injuction order and what it might cost.

5. When is the law passed for rights of womes in property.

Regards,

Jaani Basha
