Widow/Son/Daughter/Mother of a Hindu Male are his class I legal heirs taking the property equally post death as per law in absence of WILL . Is this law same in self-earned joint ownership property of husband & wife or in case of death another person will be entitled as per joint property of survivorship. Please clarify how to know form of Joint ownership property.
