I had posted a legal communique and was, am in touch with that party. But now I feel that the other party is foul. Is it possible for me to use "Certificate of Posting" that I have obtained from the postal department in case that party turns foul in a legal case against that party?

To the best of my knowledge, 'Certificate of Posting' is legally accepted mode. If, I am wrong PLEASE inform me as soon as is possible. * Factually, this is a value added service to common man. * Postal department has to evolve an equivalent of this service. |
