a pharma firm located in tamilnadu used to supply medicines since ten years for sale to doctors on behalf of the firm for which the agent used to get commission . The burden of sale i.e searching the doctor and promotion of the product was on the agent and just the firm used to supply medicines from tamilnadu to hyderabad.
All of a sudden the firm appointed its own sales team in hyderabad and stopped supplying medicines saying that the services of the agent are no more required .
Please suggest legal remedy to the poor agent whose livelyhood is dependent on the sale.
