my wifes grand father had given to her father, house, now he (wife father)was expired 6 years back, she has two sister's and one brother, her mother not interesting to give property to daughter's, her elder sister is govt employ and well settled she not interesting property other sister is poor , they not interesting to heritery property rights transfer to daughter's
her elder sister and mother want to give to son only, who has distributing rights and if elder sister drops, property
