Hello there...
Can anyone help me out in the followin case:
I placed my resignation on 2nd July, 09 with willingness to work for the notice period...
Now the company holds the payment of salary for June, 09 and for the notice period of 2 months saying that the company has a policy of making all these payments only after you are relieved..which in my case would be after 2nd Sept, 09
Is holding the payment of salary apart from notice period in such a manner legal?
Please help me out
