I would like to know if husband has any liability for loans taken by wife or for payments made using credit card before/after marriage? Credit card is on individual name of wife. We are heading towards a divorce (mutually agreed with one time settlement) and as per my know how my in-laws made huge payments through credit cards of my wife.
