I am working for a company in Nashik, recently our company filed 138 against one of our vendor and to escape this, the vendor filed false FIR against me and police is calling us for investigation. Even i discussed about the deal with vendor, neither i signed agreement nor i advised company to take legal recourse, request all of you to advise me on the risks i need to anticipate and other precations i need to take to address this issue
1) If i can be held responsilble for companies actions
2) What precautions i should take to avoid arrest and early closure of this
