Lic policy claim

my uncle died recently by road accident. he had a LIC policy in which his mother is a nominee. he took this policy after marriage. now my sister and children can claim the share or not.

Yes. They can claim.  Nominee is only felicitator.  The policy amount will be distributed equally between, the mother, wife and children.  So first inform the LIC about his death and claim the amount for your sister and children.  If they refuse to pass your claim, then you have to file a suit for succession certificate making the deceased's mother and LIC as respondents.  You will surely succeed.
