Dear Experts
Wife has filed matrimonial cases including case of maintenance under Domestic Violence. Husband is paying Life insurance premium for a policy in his name and policy premiums remain to be paid for next ten more years. Whether Courts will consider LIC premium as expense or deduction while working husband's net income for the purpose of maintenance to wife? Whether there are any judgements which dealt with such issue?

Yes, court will consider it as liability while deciding maintenance.

Dear Joshi sir, thanks for your reply. Can you please provide some judgement on the issue as in my particular dispute the maintenance cases are hotly litigated from the wife side.
