Judge at FC has posted the matter for her affidavit (where she had filed a Maontenance petition). He has not yet listed/ framed the Issues. Also he did mention that both parties need to file list of documents.
My questions is:
1. Do I wait for her to file her affidvait of evidnece and her list of documents OR do I go ahead and file my list of documents?
2. Can i file my documents just before her cross examination?
