My Lawyer has filed a writ in 2017 July (under art 226 & 227) which has been scheduled for final hearing on 27th July 2018 after timely hearings and submission of all counter affidavit by opposite party, in high court of Odisha.
Unfortunately a sudden Holiday was declared on 27th July. But the court didn't generated or provided a next date to my case till now.
My lawyer says an Automated system has been adopted by this court, which gives a date to each case. if this works, then my case should have been listed.
Should I go for a RTI or PIL for quick hearing and priority? I HV filed one misc case also for quick hearing , which is also pending.
what should I do?
