one of my friend invoved in RTA while driving motorbike.he was hit by a tempo.he alongwith pilion rider was
injured & admitted in hospital.after discharge from hospital the pillion rider claimed in tribunal accusing tempo
driver 1st & my friend as 2nd accused.can a pillion rider accuse the motorbike driver?what should my friend do?
should he wait or do counter case against the pillion rider? the pillion rider is his colleague till accused my friend
for rash driving.
