Loan on joint property with minor

I wanted to take construction (Home) loan on HUF joint property allocated to myself and my minor daughter. 1. Are there any legal issues in providing loans from Banks for such properties? 2. Are there any legal issues for leasing or renting the property? 3. What is the procedure (in steps) to avail loans on such property. Thanks in advance for your advice and suggestions.
