hope so all are well ! I have a query of 4 wheelers car my friend's get car on loan from HDFC bank before covid19. after covid19 he having health problems. at the time of covid19. other property home / cars are on loan. he tuke vehicle's with me and get around 30 lacks on credit will refund very soon. but it's not happened. now how I can get back me my given payment to him. still time my friends not well ! now he in bed rest. and vehicle's custody now in police station for said dispute. now my condition are no vehicle's/ no money. please suggest me any expert advice to get back vehical with me from police staction.
Facts posted are vague and confusing wherein you have stated, inter alia, that,
