Loan re-payment herasement

Dear sir,

My name is kumar and i have taken personal loan of 50000/- from FULLERTON INDIA CREDIT COMPANY

onoct 2008,i have paid the one year installments and due to my health problem i am unable to pay some

installments. thecompany.people came for settlement and i have paid the total settlement which is told by the

collection incharge.i have settled the amount on jan 2010, they have told me that after 3 months u will get the

settlement letter fromcomapny. i have asked for this so many times they have said the your loan foreclosed in

the system. but last two months they are coming to my office and doing personal herasement like we will inform

your hr and your head office and remove from your job. they are regularly coming to home and office. so kindly

give your valuable feed back and suggestion do need full.

did you have any acknowledgment for settle the amount to in their incharge

if you have than file a case against them

Dear sir,

I am only having a proof of Cash receipt. at present the collection incharge has left the organisation, now new incharge saying that he has given cash reciept and that is your fault is why u have not taken settle ment letter. I thaught that company official will not give wrong information but the same is happened in my situation. so kindly give u r valuable suggestion.
