Respected sir A case was registered in 2009 u/s 420,467and 12 pp act by the Delhi police against one of my friend .Later, he got bail and acquitted by the Delhi ACMM court in 2016.LOC was opened by Delhi police. Recently, he filed an application to the ACMM court requesting deletion of LOC.Some police official came to court from police station where the FIR was registered and presented a letter in court saying that that as per record of DCP the LOC was already deleted wide order no XYZ in July 2011 and court disposed the application for deletion of LOC by saying that LOC has already been deleted by Delhi police. Now my question is that [1] Can my friend travel without any problem on airport or there is something more he should do to cross immigration without any problem because he is planning some overseas trip with family?
