Hi my friend(male) (govt.employee)want to settle disputes by lok-adalath please advice the suggestions regarding following
1)my friend subbarao filed H.M.O.P. in july 2008 and that OP is now under process due to they lived separately since 2006 april.
2)wife of subbarao is given a compliant u/s 498-a against subbarao in year july-2009 by stating offence made in july 2008 .Now the case is under trail.
3) subbarao agreed to give 15% of gross salary every month to his wife for maintenance of son.
please suggest one way to settle this matter in lok-adalath without cheating each other
there is any all at one settlement in this regard.
