We,private limited company ,a start up had registered with payu payment gateway on July 2019 and they had alloted Merchant Id and they had provided integration document where in we hired development team for 10 lakhs to integrate our website with payu.Now pay u emailed on sep -04-2019 saying they would not be able to support your business as the bank has not approved your activation form.
query:Can I demand loss of 10 lakhs contract from payu since they opened occount and aggred to provided payments solutions but now rejecting to provide service and we are in loss of this 10 lakhs because of Payu and payu breaked to provide promised service
