Whether it is lost or stolen is the main issue. Please do not expect any help on these lost mobiles from police, as they have many things to do. Make a complaint by Registered post to Cyber crime cell and taking all precautions like deactivating SIM CARDS, giving the ID No. for GPS tracking etc.
