One of my friend has given 10 lakh payment check to Builder inleiu of his apartment installament payment, 8 months back. The builder lost/misplaced that check and asking my friend to give another check of that amount.
Before issuing the new cheque, may I know what all the underwritings shall be taken from Builder and what sould we inform the bank.
