Maintainance

I AM A VICTIM OF DOWRY AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE..i FILED FIR AGAINST MY HUSBAND AND HIS FAMILY ...BUT THEY GOT ANTICIPATORY BAIL BY HIGH COURT ..NOW THEY FILED CASE UNDER 482...HE FILED DIVORCE CASE ALSO...PEOPLE SUGGESTING ME TO GET DIVORCE FIRST AS THEY ARE NOT GOOD  PEOPLE...AS I LEFT MY PRIVATE  JOB ALSO ..AND PREPARING FOR GOVERNMENT  JOB..SO PEOPLE SAY HE WONT DIVORCE IF YOU GET INTO SOME GOOD JOB...I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO...I FEEL SHATTERED BECAUSE OF ALL THESE ..IS CLAIMING FOR MAINTAINANCE WEAKEN MY CASE AGAINST HIM..PLEASE SUGGEST

if you are not working then you can claim for your maintenance u/s 125 crpc , this will not effect your case.
