my maintanance case in on W/S stage. its crpc 125. my wife is working some where but i am not having proof. she has started her own beauty parlor also. my wife has written in her petition my salary is 60 K and i am working i x company. i haver replied in w/s that i am not working in x company neither my salary is 60 k. I am working in Y company and my salary is 6 K and i am getting in hand is near about 4900 to 5200 per month additionaly i am doing parttime work from which i am able to get near about 3 K to 3.5 K. means my total monthly income is 8.5 K. in which my son school fees is 1175/- per month transportation extra, and my medical expenses 2200/- P.M. due to high blood pressure treatment regularly going on. i have attached my salary slip, son school fees slip and my medical priscripttion and medicine monthly bill. further i have mentioned that she is working in a school as teacher and additionaly she has started her own beauty parlor.
Now my question is as under:-
in above circumtances how much maintanance amount court will decide.
Wife has mentioned my salary - 60K
My salary is - 6 K
Part Time Income is - 3.5 K
Take Home Income is 5 K salary + 3 K to 3.5 K Part time income
son school fees 1175/- PM + Transportation & other expenses.
My medicine expenses - 2200 to 2500 PM + other house hold expenses,
