It appears that the person is unable to pay in time, in such case, it is advisable to reconcile with husband rather than wait for court to get you the alimony. Or go for one time settlement and take mutual divorce, one cannot gaurantee monthly pocket money life long. Other options are find a job, govt job preferably.

thank you madam but madam my husband gets govt salary on 1st of every month with increase of annual increment and DA hike twice a year
