Maintenance

Hello,

I found this page is very helpful for the people like me who will have no clue about the law and order. Thank you for stretching your help on my previous topic.
I need your guidance on maintenance case against my husband.. I am working in a private sector with the minimum salary and my husband is having good money and property. I have filed the FIR against my husband and my Mother in law as they threw me out of the house for no reason. Can I go ahead and file the maintenance case my husband. Me as a working woman and not having any documents which supports he earns well and he have property worth of some crores.

I definitely don't want to file a case as I have to run around the court. But have no go as they're torturing me with some fake statements. If I don't win on the maintenance case I really don't want to file and run around the court. Need your guidance please.

There is free legal aid at the Taluk and District levels. And if you cannot afford a lawyer then the Court will appoint a lawyer who will fight your case on your behalf.

No, I meant I do not want to go to court.. just want to live peacefully but my husband and his family not allowing me to do that..

You should file complaint against your husband and mother in law under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act before judicial magistrate court and claim not only maintenance but also sharehold house.You are entitled to get maintenance from your husband even though you are earning as your your earning is not sufficient to maintain you .

You have mentioned in the post, inter alia, that,

If you intend not to file a case, what do you want to know from legal experts on this platform ???

Accordingly you do not have any problem for consideration and obligation.

First make up your mind as to what do you want, then only seek obligation of experts or professional services of local prudent lawyer.
