CAN A WIFE FILE FOR MAINTENANCE AFTER GETTING FINAL ALIMONY FOR MCD. IN MCD AGREEMENT ITS VERY CLEAR THAT ITS FULL AND FINAL ALIMONY FOR WIFE AND CHILD N NO SUCH CLAIMS WOULD BE FILED

Mr. Praveen

If wife get permanent alimony in writing before Court than she is not entitle to get maintenance again. her application will be dissmised when you file objection.

CAN THE CHILD FILE. THE AGREEMENT SAYS SHE WILL NOT FILE FOR HERSELF OR FOR CHILD. CAN FEMALE CHILD CLAIM ON MY PROPERTY EVEN IF SHE NEVER STAYS WITH ME

Not entitled after mutual divorce and full and final payment of alimony

Strange as it may seem. Alimony can be claimed even after full and final settlement, with the change in circumstances.

no not at all , full and final means final

Change of circumstances leading to vagrancy and destitution.

Fraud at the time of deciding full and final alimony.

These can be grounds for getting maintenance post full and final settlement

PERSONALLY I DONT SEE ANY GROUND ON WHICH A FEMALE CAN ASK FOR  ANY SORT OF MAINTENANCE AFTER MCD WITH FINAL ALIMONY. HOW CAN THERE BE A FRAUD IN A PRICE OF ANYTHING WHICH IS MUTUALLY AGREED. A WIFE VERY WELL KNOWS THE FINANCES OF HUSBAND N SHE AGREES AND COURT PUTS A SEAL. INFACT IN MY CASE, THE COURT INTERVENES IN SEC 125 CRPC AND GET THE PARTIES SIGN MUTUAL CONSENT AGREEMENT WITH TERMS & AGREEMENT
