Maintenance Allowance grant through Army

Sir, my friend wife is lodged a FIR against her husband under section 498A, 323, 324. The case is under prog in civil court. Now she is also applied for maintenance in family court and in Army. How to stay/stop maintenance allowances being grant through Army. Please give any suggestions.

In my opinion ,once maintenance is granted from court ,,army cant grant maintenance

Sir, presently court didn't grant maintenances allowance to lady trial is under prog. Husband of the lady argued in the family court lady involved in adultery. sufficient evidence held with him. But army being process the case to grant maintenance allowance to the lady.
