Maintenance under revision

I filed RCR u/s 9 HMA against my wife. She replied with an application u/s 24 HMA. She was granted maintenance @ 2000 per month by the Lower Court. Now she applied for revision petition to raise the amount from Rs. 2000 to Rs. 8000 in the district Court.

Her revision petition is listed u/s 374 Crpc.

Can someone tell me what is the connection from order u/s 24 HMA with revision petition under 374 Crpc? I am confused with 374 Crpc????

Please clarify me!

Looking at the grounds, and your say court may allow her petition and increase it to 8000 or 10000 or dismiss her petition based on your counter.

Wrongly filed. If the order was passed by FC, it should be appealled under S.19 of FC Act or U/s. 115 c.p.c. read with Section 227 of Constitution of India before High Court (This differs from one H.C. to another H.C.).
