Major Daughter

After 498A and Divorce, my ex wife is fully in control of my only daughter who is also a major. My daughter is scared of my ex wife and refuses to even talk to me. Is there any legal solution to have access to my daughter? Please advise.

Your daughter is a major and can decide for herself, if she refuses to meet you then nothing can be done.

You cannot force anyone to be a part of your life against their wish, especially when it comes to kids who turn major. Try to connect and build an emotional bond with your daughter , may be she does not accept you as a father for reasons you may need to ask her /understand , accept and work upon. All the Best !!
