Respected sir, Case was filled in 2010 (by police and pp on my side) (under section r/w34,506,324 in FIR) DECISION was given by 2015/12/16(it was given judgement against ). So that he file session court, on 2016/03/04... Still now that case was hearing stage, So that , motion in mandamus writ petition is applicable in this case for speedy disposal of the case....
