Marriage

What are the charges that can be filed on husband in case he runs away from his marriage..?
Any charges possible against family also...?
Are the charges bailable or non bailable?
What are the repurcussions?

if husband is running from marriage then why charges against him & his family? if charges are bailable or non bailable , they will get bail sooner or later.if they have any female member in family then they can file complaint against you & your family , some of them may be non- bailable. why not file divorce & let live everyone in peace including husband , you , both offamilies , pp lawyer & the judge.

Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act (Restitution of Conjugal Rights) can be filed if anyone of the spouses does not fulfill marital obligations....if after the decree of restitution of Conjugal Rights the judgement debtor still does not fulfill the same the court attaches the property, sells it and handover the sale proceeds to decree holder as per order 21 rule 32 of civil procedure code. As per law no case arises against family members, still there may be pressure of false criminal cases just to intimidate them.

Also plz remember that decree of Restitution of Conjugal Rights is UNCONDITIONAL.
