Marriage advice - please help

I fell in love with a girl from my step mother family (My father's second wife. I'm not born to her).

After few months i came to know that she is our distant family relative.

The relationship is like this:
My step mother 's mother (ie step grandma) has a sister (step grandma's sister) . my step grandma's sister has a daughter ,who herself has a daughter (ie that girl). Is it legal for me to marry that girl in hinduism as well as in india laws. ?

Please answer it, both in terms of Law and Normal practice as in Tamil culture.

Hi Guest,

You stated you are in love, But she loves you or not. That's the main question ?

If fire is in both side as well both are adult, Then rule applicable " Jab meeya biwi raazi toh kya karega kaazi". No law works further.

Act & proceed further, Better you both discuss with your family members openly & try to understand their views.

Along with love, You also needs your family members care & affection.

Take best decision, Best of luck.

Couple say yes. Society says yes. But, family could play traunt. Who knows what. Better put in those systems in place before ....... So many DVs, fear of arrests, this, that, that, better not get stuck.
