Marriage after divorce

Sir,

I have been divorced with mutual consent and planning for second marriage.My first marriage is under special marriage act.

Can my second marriage be done under spacial marriage act again?

Whether divorce certificate is required at the time of second marriage registration?

Whether I need to declare in the registrar office that this is my second marriage?

What documents I need to submit for second marriage?

Please help me out by clearing my doubts.I m in urgent need of this info.Please reply ASAP.

Can my second marriage be done under spacial marriage act again?

Yes.

Whether divorce certificate is required at the time of second marriage registration?

Yes. At the time of filing the application, you have to attach certified copy of the divorce decree.

Whether I need to declare in the registrar office that this is my second marriage?

You have to declare that you are a divorcee. Prescribed application form and prescribed affidavit are there.

What documents I need to submit for second marriage?

Passport size Photographs, residential proof (Voter ID, ration card etc.), age proof and prescribed affidavit.
