Marriage after divorce in family court

1. Technically 90 days are Appeal period.
2. If the Decree was given by a Family Court then Appeal is before State's HC. Check Case Status / Case Search by keying Party name and find out yourself if any matter admitted or not.
3. Same way if Decree was given by a Civil Matrimonial Court then Appeal is before District and Sessions Judge Court. Check Case Status / Case Search by keying Party name and find out yourself if any matter admitted or not.
2 and 3 are done online at Official websites of HC and District Court respectively.
4. Anytime after 0001 hrs. on 26-09-2012 you can marry without further waiting.

If you got the divorce from family court, it is final order. Other party cannot challange the said order before sessions court/high court. You can marry after getting the certified copy of the said decree
