If my 21s running ,I will be able to courte marriage.?

Which personal law applies in this case?

Or are you both Hindu?

The marriage is to be registered if yes under which Act say; Hindu Marriage Act, Special Marriage Act..

Generically speaking; the male should be of 21Y and female of 18Y.

it is Crime To be s*xual relation with 17 year girl .
Either Her permission for s*x or not.
