As being father do I have right to get my daughter marriage certificate because Iam unaware about her marriage, she had ran away with the boy with whom she is staying in ahmedabad since last five months.If I insist them to get marry in front of our community for my daughter security can it be possible by law.How to get the confirmation about their current relation wiether they are staying as a married couple or what?please sujjest where to get their marriage certificate.(MUMBAI).
Go to sub registrar ofice and look into the Marriage Register , All place where you think that they both got marriad. If they registered the marriage than you can get details.
For searching or inspection the marriage register you can use RTI act 2005.
