Marriage laws amendments bill- utterly expropriatory, biased

It is like two parties entering into binding agreement  ............. and latereards law deliberately brings into amendment which virtually erases and nullifies the obligations which were agreed upon by the parties and especially which gives undue advantage on of the two parties!!!!

In the name of progressiveness ......... if This/such scenario if made applicable to personal laws  ..................  then .............. it would create havocs in the society!!!!

Marriage laws amendments bill- Utterly expropriatory, biased and prejudiced towards marriage as a institution!!!

Amendments are virtually changing the 'Institution of marriage', a social bond and structure!!! and hence is it expropriatory

Why expropriatory ?   ... reasons is ......  it is being made applicable to existing marriages also ... Or to put in another words  .... retrospective application of amendments to 'ALL married people' ................ whether young ... mid aged or older person ... whether from rual area or urbal area .... whether from educated background or illiterate and uneducated!!!!!)

So the amendments are going to stirr the society and infusing 'unwanted and unnecessary' amendments and single stroke )

And hence these amendments should not be made retrospective and be made applicable to only new marital ties getting into effect and hereinafter!!!

The amendments will make the Hindu Marriage Act, a extortist law similar to that of 498A.

What can be done to change these amendments?

The present democracy does not leave much space to do anything
Corrupt & Criminals are LAW-MAKERS now! Laws are made based on vote-bank politics. If parties think it right to serve their purpose, they will give a go ahead. Similarly they made DV Act in recent past......................nothing could be done then also. "Harassment at workplace" is the latest one in their armour along with these amendments in matrimonial laws.

God, save this country!
