CAN A SENIOR CITIZEN 66 YRS PLUS AND A WIDOWER WITHONLY PROGENY A MARRIED 36 YR SON LEGALLY MARRY A 55 YRS OLD UNMARRIEDLADY IN SUB REGISTRAR OF MARRIAGES OFFICE UNDER SPECIAL MARRIAGES ACT

i don't foresee any prima facie impediment. however i would strongly favour the gentleman to make a registered will of his self earned property.
