Marriage to sri lankan divorced woman having 2 kids

Hi, Its Mahendra from India Unmarried, I am love with Sri Lankan woman having 2 kids who is not divorced yet but in process and it will ended in July 2012 but not sue the date. My question is I want to marry her In her country Sri Lanka - Colombo before her divoced with a special permission from Sri Lankan Court. So what precaution I have to take. If i marry her before her devorced or I marry her after devorced. Her devorced has taken 4 & 1/2 year. As per their Law she can not get devorced up to 5 years. So what I have to do in her devorced only 4 to 5 months has remained. 2 daughters are with her. Her husband has new girl friend and now where he is she doesnot know.Her husband has not given asny maintenance charges as decided bySri Lankan Court. So before marry her what Precautions I have to take.

1. Sri Lankan Court will not grant such frivolous permissions to non-jointers PERIOD
2. The Law of Adultery / Bigamy like India is very much live and kicking even in Sri Lanka and once we know her personal religion we can tell you the punishment duration as per Sri Lankan law if without waiting for decree in her divorce proceedings she marries you.
3. It is always better to wait for hearing a clear decree in her divorce proceedings and also wait for any Appeal period to be over and then think of marriage.

PS.: We are here dealing with Indian Laws and it is suggested to ask questions related to Indian legal systems.

better to first let her get divorce and maintenance. else you will be in trouble and have to spend lots of money.
