Marriage under Special Marriage Act 1954

We want to Solemanise our Marriage under Special Marriage act 1954. We are Student having age 0f 23 & 21 years old .

I am residing in West Delhi District . There is need for Temporary Residential Proof .....for this Rent Agreement is sufficient or not.
