No rights during the lifetime of the parants' in their self acquired property/PF. After the death of the parent a daughter is entitled to succeed to their property as a heir along with other heirs.

Merai father expire ho chuke hai. Sari property  meri step mother of step brother ke pass hai. Married daughter hone ke karan kiya mujhe apnai father kee property sai kuch nahi milega. kiya meri step mother aur step brother mujhe merai father ke ghar sai bahar nikal sakte hai?

Madhu Ji,

Apke Swargiy Pita ki sampatti me to apka haq barabar banta hai, agar apke Pita Ji ne apne jeeevankaal mein koi wasiyat nahin ki thi, to aap sampatti vibhajan ke liye case laga sakti hain. Shaadishuda hone ke baad bhi apko barabar ka hissa (equal share) milega.

Apka apne Pita Ji ki sampatti me hissa ho to bhi, aap shaadishuda hain to apka niwas-sthan apke Pati ka ghar hi hai.

Kyon ki ek shaadishuda ladki ka apne Pita ki sampatti mein hissa hona alag baat hai aur unke ghar me rehne ka adhikar hona aur baat hai.

Isliye aap apne Pita Ji ke ghar mein rehne ke liye apni Step-Mother par dabaav nahin bana sakti.

Ye madhu-G ne apne husband par 498a kiya, fir DV kiya aur dono mein hi madam ko lagta hai ki ab sab kuchh chala gaya to vapas apne parents ki property chahati hai....

madhu-G, thoda sochiye ki aap ne kya paaya aur kya khoya.....esee time period mein kitne logon ne aapko galat aur sahi bola tha... kya aap dil se socho aap sahi ho...?

aage se kisiko bhi 498a ki salah mat dena...bcoz aap jaisi auratein dusri aurtin ko bhi uksati hai.
