married sraying with another woman

Hi All, I am married, however my wife had filled a DV case 4 years back on which verdict is expected in a fortnight. I am presently paying maintenance. I did file RCR, which I lost. Presently I am sharing my rental residence (agreement in my name) with a divorced woman (Live In Relationship) .
1. What legal action my wife may take against me or my Female Friend
2. Could this be a basis of police complaint & police may make arrest
3. Any legal precaution I have to take against any possible police action

I think she can file a case of bigamy and adultery

No bigamy. There is no question of criminal complaint for adultery as she's not wife of anyone else but divorcee. You wife can seek divorce on the ground of adultery and for that you'll wilfully agree. Police has no jurisdiction to take any action against both you and the other lady.
