1. May be while filing Form someone wrote wrongly which can be rectified by concerned Marriage registration Authority / Court if both want it to get rectified and for the same move simple Application to rectify the error. Otherwise also if both donot deny their marriage then current Certificate just helps showing / proof of a marriage to society and or in case one denies the same becomes bone of Jurisdiction challenge later on. 

2. If both boy and girl are happy and earning sufficient to look after each others but either and or both sides parents are/were against their marriage and the couple fear for some untoward scene created by either side elders then all they have to do is to get a GD (general diary) entry made at Jurisdiction police station in FBD where they ordinary live stating they are adults and married as per Hindu rights and customs and living in your Jurisdiction since their parents were against their marriage they fear untoward incidence may happen to both and or either of them hence kindly grant protection and this Application is for information. Get the GD entry no. from reception of the Police Station and keep it with close friends and in case any incidence happen then you have proof of information already made and Law will protect the couple as per the then facts and this GD entry is just a precautionary note to police. Your brief matter does not inspire me to say to approach HC for couples protection program thus area police jurisdiction GD entry is suggested which is also quite powerful.

A advocate enrolled as a registered member of a English language Legal Portal site is expected to know English language and "piggy riding" on time pass female writer(s) complaining of lack of understanding of English is not expected standard of a enrolled Advocate member of legal portal website(s) is my generic view !.
Reason: Even Hon'ble SC do not listen to common man leave aside Advocate if submissions are not made in English language, after all you may rise one day to the rank and file of a AOR, Apex Court hai ki nahi ki apaki Roshni ko hi English language ki tuition dete rahoge life bhar !
