matrimonial issue

my wife file a mutual divorce case and didn't attend the prosecution and the case was dismissed but some elder people settled the issue on estamp paper of seperation can she make another marriage basis on this, is their any problems to me in future.

You have stated to have "....settled the issue on estamp paper of seperation..." it can be settled.

But it is not a valid divorce, accordingly the marriage still subsists. 

There can be any problem any time, no one can predict or imagine.

There is no valid divorce. There is nothing that prevents the couple moving the Court once again and seeking divorce by mutual consent.
