respected sir/madem,
i am in tamilnadu. my wife filed a petition against me under section 125 of crpc at ongole family court, Andhra pradesh. i received the summon on august 2012.
she mentioned a fake address in the petition as well as in affidavit. i send a registered with acknowledgement letter to her which was return to me. also she mentioned false aligations against me in the petition.
i submit the returned registered letter and all evidence and proof to the honorouble court inperson. she never come to the court.
After august 2012, till now there is no notice, summons from the court.
Now i get a job to work in abroad.
1. May i go to abroad?
2. if yes, what will i do?
3. should i inform to court?
