In continuation to General Circular No.15/2015 dated 30.11.2015, MCA has extended the last date of filing of forms MGT-7, AOC-4 and AOC-4 XBRL upto 30th January 2016 in the State of Tamil Nadu and UT of puducherry.
Note:- No Additional fees is required to be paid on Forms AOC-4, AOC-4 XBRL and Form MGT-7 upto 30th January, 2016 in the State of Tamil Nadu and UT of puducherry.
