Mcd

We have filed MCD petition in court. I ready to give 10 lacs as lump-sum amount to my wife and her minor son who is staying with her.

I would like to know that :

Can my son in future or after 18 years claims right in my self acquired property ?

Can my wife claims right in my self acquired property after MCD ?

Kindly advise.

if you had mentioned in your mou for mutual divorce that your wife and your son have no right over your self earned and ancestral properties then she will detained for that , otherwise after your demise without making will your son can claim right in your property , during your lifetime they cann't claim .

in some cases even after making such clause she can claim from the self acquired property from your end because your son is legally yours legal son
