Dear Experts,

New Development has happened. As stated earlier, after filing MCD my wife  want change in terms of it. She wants the statement for withdrawal of FIR u/s 323/341 to be recorded in second motion only however her interntion is to get 50% agreed amount in the first motion. We have common advocate who is also suggesting / trying to convince me pay 50% at first motion. He asked both parties to meet him in chamber to clear the doubts on 31st November. I have convinced myself to give 25% at max in first motion. 

Yesterday, I was handed over the summons by Police in 323/341 case to appear in court on 23rd  October. FIR was filed last year in October.  Please advise on below :

1.     What may happen on the first day

2.     Do I need to appear with an advocate?

3. What might Magistrate ask / do?
