An employee of private company working outside his home town was send to home on pretext of sending him abroad and in the meantime company neither communicated him anything but terminated his services without any reason n did pay him three month salary in lieu of notice and other terminal benefits and his contract is silent on jurisdiction ....which court has jurisdictiom place where he lastly employed Or place of his residence or place where company has head office He was on managerial post what remedy he can claim only damages in labour court or in civil court

Hi

Any aggrieved employee can seeking the justice from labour court, he can file a suit where he was served.
