I would like to know the meaning of word "Construction" as applicable to Buildings. Does it apply only to Construction using cement, bricks & concrete or does it also apply to houses/sheds built by using steel structures & roof which is of temporary nature?

Construction means palce which habitable, where a paerson can reside, or open commercial premises
